What to have ready
- Lockouts: ID or proof you belong at the address, and your exact location if it is a car.
- Rekeys: a count of exterior doors and, if you can, a photo of the lock on each so we know the brands.
- Installs: a photo of the door edge and the current hardware, and the model if you already bought one.
- Car work: year, make, model, and whether the key is lost or locked inside.
